Organic Red Raspberry leaf, also known to herbalist as Hindberry, wild red raspberry, reapberry is often taken as a warm tea beverage. It is one of the more commonly used natural food to prepare women’s body for conception and for pregnant ladies in their very late stage of pregnancy to prepare for childbirth as it tones the uterine muscle preparing it for the intense contraction during childbirth. After childbirth, it is highly recommended to continue drinking this as it helps to purge out any remaining lochia and helps to shrink your womb to pre-pregnancy size.

It is important to note that the tea should be avoided once pregnancy test indicate positive and should be avoided until the very last stage of pregnancy. It is recommended to start drinking this tea when you are into WK34 of your pregnancy stage. It is strictly advisable to check with your doctor before any consumption during pregnancy.

Instructions to brew the tea:
Add 1 teaspoon of organic raspberry tea leaves into a cup of boiling water and let it seep for 10-15 minutes. It is optional to add sugar. You can consider adding black sugar which has warming properties and improve blood circulation at the womb area.
