Light Workouts

Healthy bodies will increase chances of conception. Besides supplements and vitamins, some light exercises will be beneficial too. Light exercises help to improve blood circulation, release stress, improve overall health being. Some light workouts that you can consider are:
  • Brisk walking
  • Slow Jog
  • Slow swimming
  • Yoga
If you have not exercise for ages, it is good to start slow with once a week. Once you have make it a habit to exercise, you can consider to exercise 3 times a week. These are not strenous exercise which you can even do them during two weeks wait.
